Schedule Set for 2022 Women's Cancun Challenge

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – As summertime workouts proceed and plans for the season take shape, one of the premier holiday NCAA women’s basketball tournaments has nailed down its schedule, as tournament officials have released the final details for the 2022 Women’s Cancun Challenge.  
 
Four teams make up the Mayan Division, with Florida State, Harvard, Oklahoma State and Purdue making the trip to the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya over the Thanksgiving Day weekend – those teams play a three-game round-robin. Six teams will power the Riviera Division with Central Michigan, NC State, Northern Iowa, Tulane, Vanderbilt and West Virginia heading for Mexico for two games apiece.
 
Games are played in a modified ballroom at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, with all the action in walking distance for fans and players from their rooms. Here’s the schedule (second team listed is designated home team):

11 a.m. – Oklahoma State vs. Florida State
1:30 p.m. – Purdue vs. Harvard
4 p.m. – Vanderbilt vs. NC State
6:30 p.m. – West Virginia vs. Central Michigan
9 p.m. – Tulane vs. Northern Iowa
 
Friday, Nov. 25
11 a.m. – Harvard vs. Oklahoma State
1:30 p.m. – Florida State vs. Purdue
4 p.m. – NC State vs. West Virginia
6:30 p.m. – Northern Iowa vs. Vanderbilt
9 p.m. – Central Michigan vs. Tulane
 
Saturday, Nov. 26
11 a.m. – Harvard vs. Florida State
1:30 p.m. – Purdue vs. Oklahoma State
